Paul is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and brings an impressive wealth of knowledge and commercial experience having worked extensively across the water sector for 25 years and built a global water business as part of the Weir Group.

Nicola brings over 25 years of extensive experience in working with SME businesses to her role and has been instrumental in driving the company’s financial strategies and ensuring sustainable growth. Nicola’s vision and proficiency contribute significantly to the company’s mission of delivering innovative water filtration solutions to customers worldwide.

Mark began his career in the Koi and Aquatics industry, from there he built a career in sales for Interpet whilst doing so he explored every area of Business from production to finance and ultimately ran the UK and Export business for Central Garden and Pet for 10 years before joining EA.

Gavin has a degree in Marine Biology and a Masters in Environmental Resource Management before working for 20 years in business development roles in asset management. He began his journey developing systems for salmon farming in Chile.

Frans has a long history in Operations and Water Treatment having worked as Operations Director for Evoqua Water Technologies, before that he was the Operations Director and deputy MD of atg UV Technology which specialises in the municipal, Industrial and commercial swimming pool space.
