Evolution Aqua Ltd and Smith & Loveless sign a 10-year exclusive distribution agreement for North America and Australasia
admin2026-10-15T15:04:43+00:00Evolution Aqua Limited, the UK-based designer and manufacturer of water filtration technology, today announced a 10-year exclusive distribution agreement with Smith & Loveless Inc. of Lenexa, Kansas. Smith & Loveless will introduce Evolution Aqua’s Flocell Modular filtration systems to the water and wastewater market in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Flocell XFM Modular Filtration Systems use Evolution Aqua’s open cell media technology to deliver high-performance filtration in a compact, containerised format. It suits municipal, industrial and infrastructure applications.
“Smith & Loveless was our first choice of partner from the outset,” said Nick Jackson, Managing Director, Evolution Aqua. “Their reputation, engineering expertise and customer relationships make them ideally placed to bring Flocell to these markets. We’re delighted to be working with them.”
“Since our inception, Smith & Loveless’ passion is bringing innovative, customer focused technology to the water and wastewater community. The Flocell filter aligns with that mission.” said Frank Rebori, CEO of Smith & Loveless. “We are very excited to work with the Evolution Aqua team in introducing the Flocell technology to the marketplace. From the start, it was evident that Smith & Loveless and Evolution Aqua share common synergies.”
“We first met the Smith & Loveless team at WEFTEC last year, so it’s great to see how things have moved on since then,” said Mark Hoskins, Commercial Director, Evolution Aqua Group. “One year later, we are now exhibiting together at WEFTEC 2026, with Smith & Loveless representing Flocell in these markets. It’s a good example of how a conversation at a trade show can develop into something much bigger.”
The agreement follows Evolution Aqua’s recent exclusive distribution agreement with Etablissements Sebico in France. It is a further milestone in the company’s international growth.
